Becca Fernandez

CrossFit / Q4 Coach

Becca Fernandez is an avid marathon runner and has completed over 15 marathons. She added CrossFit to her training regime in 2013. Becca began practicing Astanga yoga in college and has taught yoga classes for both children and adults. Becca’s favorite CrossFit workouts are metcons, especially if there is a 400 meter “break” in the middle.
