Seth began living a CrossFit lifestyle in 2017. He has always had a passion for helping others and encouraging people to be the best version of themselves. After 6 years of being a nurse, he realized he wanted to find a way to help people progress through the full spectrum of health and fitness, not just recover from major illness. Turns out, coaching CrossFit was the perfect way to do that! His favorite part of being a coach is watching our athletes achieve things that they didn’t think they were capable of. His philosophy is that CrossFit helps you achieve your full potential, not just in fitness, but in all aspects of life.
